This placeholder confirms DNS, the firewall, Caddy and the TLS certificate are all working end to end. It gets replaced by the application the moment the publish bundle is installed.

What happens next

The publish bundle and install script land in /opt/ludus. The three secrets go into /opt/ludus/.env, mode 600, owned by the ludus user. Caddy switches from this page to reverse_proxy localhost:8081. A nightly backup of /opt/ludus/data goes on cron.
